The Dekko application stores persistent audit information that is accessible as a user with a HUB or Tenancy administrator role.

Audit logs are exportable in a CSV format and can also be integrated with SIEM.

Events logged by the Dekko application

DekkoVault:

  • File upload complete

  • File download complete (including viewing)

  • File shared

  • New file version uploaded

  • File renamed

Document approval:

  • Signature added to document

  • Text added to document

  • Image added to document

  • Note added to document

  • Document approved

Messaging:

  • Message sent

  • Message delivered

  • Message read

Administration:

  • HUB invite sent

  • HUB invite accepted

  • User removed from HUB

  • User password changed (personal account type only)
